Employees were pleasant!

The executive queen room I got was included with three single beds. I had well presented food for breakfast for croissant.

The room was a nice size with a TV and nice bathroom though shower plus shower and safety measures included smoke detectors. The food was tasty and served in the bar.

The hotel is in a convenient location, situated close to Clumber Park. We were able to easily access the park and enjoy outdoor activities. The room we stayed in was nice, with a clean bathroom and comfortable amenities. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff was pleasant. Additionally, the spa facilities provided a lovely relaxation experience.

The hotel seemed understaffed and rushed during our stay, which affected the service quality.

There were tea/coffee and some excellent tea in the rooms, which made them air conditioned and budget. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

It was clean place, staff were professional and hard-working, and I enjoyed my cheap room. Central location close to the conservatory, the lake at clumber Park, and the centre, it was in a relaxing area. All food at the English breakfast was amazing.

Spa was enjoyable, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Dinner at the restaurant was good, with attentive waiting staff. Comfortable rooms with ample space and all necessary amenities. Convenient location. Excellent food, reasonable prices.

A wide range of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The location couldn't be more excellent easy to walking to the park. What's more, it was close enough to great walking paths around the lake and estate as well as the restaurant or bar.

Some people working there were busy.

Sincerely, it was a very very good stay during my visit. The location seemed handy in a lovely area. The staff was attentive and hard-working in managing every request. We loved the bar during the breakfast.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next door to Clumber Park which is a beautiful place to walk or cycle. The walking paths around the lake and estate are great. The restaurant and bar are top-notch. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The hotel units are comfortable and tidy, with amenities like a TV and a bathroom.

Our room was budget and neat and offered tea, coffee, some excellent tea and air conditioning. The staff members were all really good and exceptional. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and lovely.

Got cheap, cosy room with a tv. The venue's position was central.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The lobby area was beautiful and the room was nice and clean. The food was of high quality, with a delicious evening meal and a fantastic breakfast. The spa was brilliant, offering amazing treatments at affordable prices. All the staff, from housekeeping to spa personnel, were extremely helpful and polite. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff and Lauren, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
